My style is based on the Japanese style of kitchen knives. This is the Santoku, which has a very significant and  meaning namely ‘three virtues’ or even’three uses’. Its not for nothing that they have named it Santoku as its a multifunctional kitchen knife. Like the western styled chef’s knife, it’s used to cut, chop, slice and dice almost everything. Compared to the western styled chef’s knife, it’s shorter, which makes it even more flexible and easier to use.

If the knife you are looking for needs to be able to cut your vegetables as well as slice your meat, than this is the one for you.
